Course Overview – NPORS N402
The NPORS N402 Slinger / Signaller course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely carry out slinging and signalling duties during lifting operations. The course focuses on hazard awareness, load assessment, selection and inspection of lifting accessories, and effective communication with lifting equipment operators.
Delivered on the client’s site, the course includes both theoretical instruction and practical assessment, ensuring learners can demonstrate safe lifting practices, correct use of lifting accessories and compliance with LOLER, PUWER, BS 7121 and current UK health and safety legislation.
