Course Overview – NPORS N014
The NPORS N014 Marine Knuckle Boom Crane course provides operators with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely operate a marine knuckle boom crane in offshore and marine environments. The course focuses on hazard awareness, vessel movement, sea uplift, lift planning and safe communication during complex lifting operations.
Delivered at the client’s location, the course includes both theoretical instruction and practical assessment, ensuring operators can demonstrate safe crane operation, effective load control and compliance with manufacturer guidance, BS 7121, LOLER and relevant offshore legislation.
