Course Overview – Our Health and Safety Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 - 4 hrs,
1 Day or 3 Days
Our Health and Safety Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 courses provide learners with essential knowledge of workplace health and safety systems, risk assessments, and hazard control. While the core subjects remain consistent, the depth of content and assessment increases with each level, making the courses suitable for employees, supervisors, and those with greater health and safety responsibilities.
Course Duration Options:
Level 1 – Approximately 4 hours
Level 2 – 1 day
Level 3 – 3 days
Dependent on the learner’s experience, pre-course or post-course reading may be required.
Course Syllabus
A range of subjects are covered, with syllabus content varying by level:
An introduction to Health and Safety
Roles and responsibilities for health, safety, and welfare in the
workplace
The value and process of risk assessments
Identification and control of workplace hazards
Responding to workplace incidents and accidents

Certification
​
Assessment is ongoing throughout the course and conducted by the instructor. Assessment methods may vary depending on the level undertaken. This Health and Safety qualification does not expire, however refresher training and staying up to date with changes to policies and procedures is strongly recommended.
Course Requirements
​
Courses require a minimum of 4 participants, with a maximum of 16 learners per session. All learners must be at least 16 years of age to qualify.
